Mack Chandler was out on the corner of South St. and Capitol Ave. in Indianapolis Friday morning. The intersection outside of the Lucas Oil Stadium, host to the NCAA men’s basketball tournament, was filled with Chandlers voice. “Beads and basketballs,” Chandler screamed. “How many do you need.” Chandleer said he was helping friends who have a vending business move some merchandise. “We’re just out here trying to entertain becasue when we (Indainapolis) host something, the world comes, this is how we do!,” Chandler said.
